Gemini

This merge request adds an additional Hugo theme that provides support for generating the pages of a Gemini capsule. Gemini is a low-tech, fast and minimal approach for a presenting information on the web. It consists of a protocol Gemini analogous to HTTP and a file format .gmi similar to markdown and in analogy to HTML. Please refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemini_(protocol) for a more detailed explanation.

Additionally a banner linking to the Gemini capsule is added to the main website. This banner still has to be thoroughly tested on multiple browsers.

The repository https://git.ha.si/hasi/lumini is accompanying the changes of this merge request and realizes the server side with an old smartphone and a solar panel.
